Here we go... again.

Hey Wana , Like I said , I had asked my WW leader about the fitness points but she never explained them to me and I was there for a year ! Then I quit because of slow work hours and was ready to go back but they discontinued WW in my town . That being said The old WW program used to give you extra points for every 20 minutes you did of exercise after an initial 20 mins so like 40 mins equals one point , 60 equals 2 and so on , My boss also goes to WW in another town , She uses the Fit bit But when she comes back from vacation I will ask her about the exercise points. My biggest advice is go over your book of points and then also bring your Points Calculator with you to the grocery store , When I first started on the new program foods I thought were low points really werent ! Remember all fruits besides bananas are free and so are non starchy veggies so have plenty of that stuff in the house . My favorite low point foods were Josephs pita and torilla bread 1 point and broccoli slaw I would use that like rice and put stir fry on the top . also Perdue short cuts are good and low points ! Good luck oh btw there is also a WW team here at Spark ! I will consider going back as I really miss the meetings , I need my ladies ! lol But I also am finding support here at Spark ! Any more advice or motivation I am here for you !
