Welcome to SparkPeople and the ErieSparkers ... glad to see you join the adventure of healthy eating and healthy living. I started in 2008 and did very well but started working and didn't find the time to keep at it (but did manage to keep a lot of the healthy eating habits). I just rejoined in January and things seem to be working well for me again. I go for the slow loss ... it works the best for me ... slow but steady wins the race! my most successful tool is the food tracker ... It really lets me know where I stand throughout my day ... and through the week.
