Tired of being tired!

Hi, I have been wanting to do this for a long time and i'm finally taking the plunge. I am doing this so I can play with my grandkids and have more fun with my family. I"m tired of being sick and tired all the time. I am anxious to get going.

My Goals:
I plan to lose 5 lbs. a month. I am also reading the book and will finish that in 2 weeks or sooner.

My Program:
I am walking every day, trying to get in 10,000 steps. I want to beable to bike between 5-10 miles at a time by the end of the summer.

Personal Information:
I live in Utah, I am married and have 6 boys, 2 grandchildren.

Other Information:
Some of my hobbies include reading, gardening, piano (although I haven't played for a long time), and sewing and quilting.
