Find positives in every day.

Doing 2015 Winter 5% Challenge Program:

Exercise 5-6 Days every week.

Eat a healthy balanced 1200 - 1555 calories daily. Holidays, family events, vacation option: max daily calories=weight x 15 calories .
No evening snacking as much as possible

Personal Information:
Happily married with 3 terrific grown boys, 3 lovely grandkids, and a dog. Took an early retirement in 2009, which presented many new lifestyle changes. Have a part-time bookkeeping business going; watch granddaughter 2 days weekly.

Other Information:
Enjoy time with family and friends, reading, gardening, cooking & mini vacations.

Yes you sure burn those calories shoveling that snow, sure hope it goes away very soon though, than you can have some nice walks again. emoticon
Glad you liked those pictures too, the owner took those pictures, don't know how she did that, I can't get him to stay still right now, lol!! Glen had to hold him up to the peach tree blossoms and I had to take a ton of pictures just to get a couple of good ones, he is wiggle Riley. emoticon

Glad you got to enjoy a break from winter in south Florida. Yes, those are great beaches--but our sugar-fine white white sand on the west coast is even prettier.

emoticon Hi Vicki, yes Riley is a cutie. Does chew on everything for sure, so much fun. He is running around as we speak, after a water bottle, making all sorts of noise, he is so fast, LOL!
