My Goals:
Live a healthy fit life, NEVER regaining the weight I lose. Lose 30# through June 2010.

My Program:
Chapter 10 , 58-100 Days of Accountability:

Plan intentions before the start of every day.

Exercise 5-6 days per week

Eat a healthy balanced 1200 - 1500 calories daily, with an option for 2 days weekly 1500 calories any combination; holidays, family events, vacation option+ 1 cheat day monthly: max daily calories=weight x 15 calories

No evening snacking as much as possible

Personal Information:
Happily married with 3 terrific grown boys, 3 lovely grandkids, and a dog. Took an early retirement in 2009, which presented many new lifestyle changes.

Other Information:
Enjoy time with family and friends, reading, traveling, cooking

You are doing great! I am heavier than I was in 2010, so you are far better off than I am right now.

Life is just one big roller coaster ride in every aspect. The key is to keep going no matter what, and that is what you're doing! emoticon

Look at all we've learned along the way though! We are better off in many ways then we were 3.5 years ago! emoticon

It would be interesting to take some time to read chapter 1. I think I will read my old 2010 blog later on!

Hi my friend, more snow shoveling sure does add up in those fitness minutes. I still can't believe the crazy weather, It has to end sometime!! emoticon
Yes the porch does look nice now, still waiting for my pink daffodils, look like they are about to open, but they look yellow to me, we shall see.
I am still getting out for early morning exercise, just have a ton of computer troubles, don't know if I will ever get them fixed, I am trying. Keep moving Vicki, never give in emoticon Jackie
