You commented just after me in the column about making progress. I just wanted to say that tracking our food, doing our exercise and keeping track of all those steps we made along the way each day are motivators that keep us going in weight loss.

I read your 1/19 post on the Progress thread of the Weigh-In team and emoticon that consistency is key but...
