Time for a Change!!

I had rotator cuff surgery the end of February I am currently going to Physical Therapy for 6 more weeks to regain my ROM and strength back. I am off work because of the Rotator cuff injury. So now is the time for me to put me on the top of the list!!
Since I am limited as to exercises for the upper body due to the injury, I have been walking as much as possible. I try to walk daily for at least 1/2 hor to 1 hour averaging 1 1/2 miles to 4 miles, depending on the day..I have high ...

My Goals:
1. Become healthier
2. Lose 50 to 75 lbs
3. Walk 30-60 min daily
4. Eat Healthier
5. Drink 8 /8oz h20 daily
6.Reach my daily fiber goal of 25-35 gr/day
7. Eat more protien



My Program:
1. Be aware of what I am eating, daily log of meals.
2. Following a high fiber, moderate protien, low fat eating plan.
3. Trying to walk daily as much as I can.
4. Making better food choices and staying with in my guidelines.
5. Choosing water as my first chioce of beverage.
6.Increasing my fiber daily with more grains, fruits and veggies.
7. Increasing lean protien.

Personal Information:
I live in south eastern Pennsylvania. I love to sew, weave and embroider(hand and machine). I have tried many hobbies, but these 3 are my favorites. I also like to take pictures of nature.

Other Information:
A happier you is happening! Feeling great isn't really about shrinking; it's about rethinking! It's about making little good-for-you decisions that make a big differenc. It's about looking in the mirror and seeing potential instead of problem areas. Imagine your best self, and she will appear!! (from Womens World magazine)
