Life Changes
I have taken care of my family, held down a very demanding job in the corporate world, been very busy with my church and socially for most of my adult like. The kids are grown, I have downsized my work responsibilities and am choosing outside commitments very carefully. Along the way, I have not chosen a healthy lifestyle. Now my body is fighting back, keeping me from doing many of the things I used to take for granted. Now, I want to focus on myself and becoming healthy.

My Goals:
My goal is to get healthy and be able to do the things I haven't been able to do since gaining so much weight. I would also like to get rid of prescription drugs.
My Program:
I have started wtih just walking 1.3 miles on a daily basis. Sometimes I get it into my schedule and sometimes I don't. I am working on my consistency - it' shard sometimes.
Personal Information:
I am from a large family (mostly girls) and they are all great cooks! I love to write and travel and be a help to people.
