Difficulty in weight loss

i have tried for a long time to lose weight, but i believe my biggest problem is being at the computer too many hours of the day either eating or just wasting time a lot.i am a single 58 year old woman who is very interested in the Holy Bible.my goals are to learn patience and be consistent in the correct things pertaining to weight loss. i am a Christian who prefers to be by themselves a lot of the time .

I'm on the challenge with you and I saw you asking for suggestions for losing the last 20. Have you tried changing up your exercise routine? Do you still measure and track all your food? Those are two of the biggest culprits I've been reading about! I hope that helps!

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog and comment! No real secret here, lol. I stay in my calorie range and within my nutrient ranges and try to burn some calories everyday in some way to create the magical calorie deficit.
