Welcome Chefs and Sous Chefs, we’re all CHAMPIONS IN THE KITCHEN! Try this recipe for success: Mix 3 balanced meals and 2 snacks with aerobic exercise of any type for a minimum of 10 minutes; add a strong shot of consistency and whip with a good measure of humor. Be sure to add enough water to keep things well-hydrated. Serve on a 9” plate and Have Fun! Repeat daily after a night’s sleep.

So good to have you on the Team Terri!

WELCOME to Champions in the Kitchen. To catch yo up:

Last week's "Mini-Challenge" was s to smell a lemon or orange every morning. The aroma should give give you energy! In fact, warm water & lemon juice in the morning is said to be good for yo emoticon u (although I haven't been able to bring myself to drink it yet) Another mmi-challenge will be coming soon!

As your Motivational Leader, I'd like to encourage you to check out the weekly Challenges "ON TEAM." And remember, "The more you put into this challenge, the more you will get out of it." Join in when you feel led, and feel free to make these challenges your own, by adjusting them to suit your individual needs. Most importantly, I hope you'll have fun with them! Carol

Thanks for comments on my blog. I'm actually well past the 5, 7 and 10% marks. The last 45 pounds is a small chunk, it was the first 100 that was big :)
