Small changes make great differences. I feel stronger and better now in my 50's than I did in my 30's. However, I did find out that I have high blood sugar, so I now have to get my act together. This month I have three goals. I want to get 150 minutes of exercise each week. I want to cut down on the amount of calories I am getting from cheese (a big weakness) and I want to track ALL my meals at least 6 days per week. (I am loving the reminders on the updated app!)

My Goals:
My long range goal is 128 pounds. I am taking this one pound at a time.

My immediate goals is 140. I promise myself a new walking shirt when I get to 140.





My Program:
I am walking at least 5 days per week and doing strength training at home 3 mornings per week.

I will stay within my calorie range at least 5 days per week.

Personal Information:
I live in the foothills of North Carolina near Lake Hickory. I am so blessed to live in such a beautiful area. I can be at the beach in four hours, a big city in a little more than an hour, and the mountains in 20 minutes. I get the best of all worlds.
