    Thanks so much for adding me as your friend. I hope to get to know you better as we spend these next 8 weeks traveling to new places and getting good habits. They say it takes about 3 weeks of doing something to make it a habit, so let's get some better habits. Drinking water is an easy one for me as I am always thirsty due to the medication I take. I have a 24 ounce water bottle that I fill up 3 times daily and sometimes even drink more than that. It took a little longer to develop wanting to exercise. I now feel like I am missing something if I don't get up and walk on my elliptical 30 minutes first thing. I literally wash my face and then start walking. I do strength training after I've had my morning coffee and breakfast, but I am lucky that I am retired and can plan my day however I want most days. Sometimes I am so busy, I wonder how I ever found time to work, though. Anyway, welcome to the Firecracker's and adding me as your friend. I had added you as well since you were a teammate, as I didn't think you would mind. emoticon emoticon emoticon
