One Grandma's walk across the country

I enjoy living and intend to do so for a long time. I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoy doing things with them. I want to continue to be active with my children and grandchildren. I don't want to be the old fat granny who can't do things because I don't feel well enough.

I want to fit in seats, theater and airplane and I want to be able to run up the steps of the Lincoln Memorial one more time at least.

I have walked across the nation twice that I have ...

Hi WG, Jamie from Azure here, just dropping in to say hi and keep up the good work. It is not easy but it certainly is worth the effort to keep out doing yourself.

I see you like to do cardio or walking several times a week and have walked over 6,500 miles. That is insanely AWESOME!!!

Keep it up, you can do it. emoticon

Very cool! I have a friend who did that same MBA program - he graduated last year in May, I think. Lot of work!!

Summer is hot hot hot here....some of us love it though! Are you in Kansas then? I was there a couple years ago on a work trip, and remember it being very green as well!

Great puppy pictures!! Did your DS go to the Univ. of TN then? I did too! It's changed so much since I was there though...much more exciting now! You mentioned your grandfather was born somewhere here too - do you still have family in TN?

Hi I was just reading your profile and it jumped out at me that you have walked the distance of walking across the nation twice. That is absolutely amazing. You must wear out walking shoes very quickly.

I hope you are enjoying the BLC 28.

I am still learning how these challenges work and I'm trying to put time into fitness.

Enjoy your day.
