JAN 2015 - reaffirming my goals for myself (and in public for accountability):
1-track my food daily
2-track my fitness daily
3-calm down
4-let myself trip up and keep on going
5-get to 140 to 150 lbs by age 40

I think after last year's drama I think that I have been suffering from depression and anxiety and have been eating to make myslef feel better. I will be getting help with that soon (insurance plan to approve it). Hope that I can get this year ...

Life is weird. Joined SP in January and life threw me several problems this year - just see my blogs.

My current goal is to get to between 140 and 150lbs. I no longer believe that I can accomplish that in one year, but I know that I can accomplish that by the time I am 40. So in 5 years or less I want to hit that goal!

I am not sure where I am weight wise at the moment.

Starting size: 22/24.
