Working (no just Walking) towards my goal of weight loss

My Goals:
* Lose my weight to reach a BMI 22.9.
* Have a fit body with good muscles.
* Lift my wife around 130 pounds very easily.
* Want to be very Active and Strong

What I am doing
**Cardio atleast 4 to 5 days a week.
**Strength training 2 times a week.
**Maintaining a proper health diet (no starving).
**Motivating my wife to lose a few pounds - a short cut to ...
