My Goals:
Get fit enough to keep up with my dogs in Rally, Freestyle, Obedience & "play" at Agility.

My Program:
Control portions, exercise consistently & explore food groups other than chocolate.

Personal Information:
I'm a SWF 50-something native Oregonian. My dogs are my kids & my reason for getting fit.

I enjoy gardening--flowers by preference & veggies for health. I love old dogs & old movies, reading British cozy mysteries, non-fiction history, and all-things-dog.

I spend probably too much time reading dog training lists, books & Sparkpeople!

You are so right, she would definitely shred a bunny!!!!! This is our first Jack Russell, we are use to more laid back dogs! She tries to go after everything in sight!!!

Thanks for the goodie. At almost 15 years old, it would take more than a bunny to get Dora to do much running. but she still does perk up a little at such sights and she still loves to go for walks just shorter and slower ones.
