My Goals:
I plan to lose 5% of my body weight every 3 months until I'm at goal.

I plan to walk 100,000+ steps per week.

I intend to laugh every day, and find a way to make others laugh too.

My Program:
Eat within healthy guidelines.

Move it. Move it. Move it! Every day.

Learn at least 2 new exercises per month.

Support others.

Rejoice, Thank Jesus, and Celebrate every small victory!

Personal Information:
Psalm 139:14 (personalized)

I will praise God because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; His works are wonderful, I know that full well.

God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?
Numbers 23:19

If God says that He made me wonderfully, who am I to argue?

I choose to concern myself with His standard of beauty, and not the world's.

Other Information:
Laughter dulls the sharpest pain and flattens out the greatest stress. To share it is to give a gift of health, because, as someone pointed out: Ulcers can't grow while you're laughing.

I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do something I can do.--Edward Everett Hale

"Beautiful Person Award"

You are the recipient of the Beautiful Person Award!!

Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the page of 8 people who deserve it. If you receive more than 3, you know you're really beautiful! If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside and out.

Again, Congratulations Beautiful!

Hugs, Audra

Thank you for commenting on my blog. Your European trip was a once in a lifetime thing, so good for you enjoying all the different foods. I loved your blogs, especially as my DD was traveling to similar part of Europe - she lives in Holland and traveled mostly by train, Salzburg was her favorite city and she was moved my Dachau.
Soon school will be back in session and life will settle down - in the meantime let's do the best we can!
Have a great day!

Hey, WallaHalla...thinking about you as school approaches. We can do this. We can do this.

After I posted my blog yesterday about the back-to-school dreads, I tried something to attempt to put some of the air back in my motivation sails. I called a family member who started SP 3-weeks ago and listened how they have incorporated the SP tools into their lives. ( This family member isn't using the blogs nor the message threads yet.)

I did get a big boost of motivation. Hearing about the family members's strategies and successes was like a super-duper shot of the good stuff I get from reading SP friends posting and comments.

Yesterday I figured I need to do something d-i-f-f-e-r-e-n-t than what I have been doing for 90 days. I am generally pretty private about my SP stuff. So I thought maybe trying to connect to a family member would be different.

I don't know how long I the blast of air in the sails will last. Let's keep cheering each other on okay. emoticon . I sooooo appreciate you checking in on my blog posts. Means alot.
