My Goals:
I would like to lose 40 lbs. and exercise 3 to 4 days a week. I know this will make my overall health improve!

My Program:
I am making better food choices and am watching my sodium intake. I have been able to do aerobics 3x a week and am trying to add a couple of days of strength training all at home.

My name is Lee Ann. I live in a small town and enjoy the slower paced life. I am semi-retired and work part time. I have two grown children. My husband and I have been married for 33 years.

Other Information:
I enjoy watching NASCAR races, reading, and playing with our cat and dog. I am also a General Hospital fan.

Lee Ann, what a surprise! Many thanks for the spa visit.

I haven't had any pain since Tuesday. I'm taking 2 Aleve 2X/day and have new 2X/day stretches that I add to my regular ones. The X-rays showed I have bone spurs and mild arthritis. I can start my regular (5 mile) walks on Monday. I don't think it's the walking. I think it's just something that happened. Since the physical therapist could not replicate the pain, she couldn't do much other than prescribe stretches. If it continues, I'll get a referral to an orthopedist.

Hope your MIL's house sells rather quickly for you! Be careful now....no more injuries! Hope his wrist will be ok!
Hope the owls not be driven away. We have them in our neighborhood. I hear the hooting in the woods beside us. One almost hit our car taking off a couple times feeding on something in the empty lot fields. We had one actually hit us on a highway (did I tell you)...on the way home one night. Scary! Glad it didn't hit the windshield-just the side of the window brace and bounced off the front end...he was able to bend in back in ...a plastic part near the bumper. emoticon
