I would like to lose 40 lbs. and exercise 3 to 4 days a week. I know this will make my overall health improve!
I am making better food choices and am watching my sodium intake. I have been able to do aerobics 3x a week and am trying to add a couple of days of strength training all at home.

By the way, FLuke was talking to Helena and how she was talking about him being jealous of her and Jason...I now do beleive it is Mikos her husband. Brought back from the dead as we saw he was caught in the freeze in that old video of 1981! Finally the got Nina and the baby back. Too bad Franco got caught up in it! I hate that!!!!!!! Ihope they throw the book at Ava...although I was feeling sorry for her there about her baby. Glad you got your mammo done! My results of the one I took last month were normal!! I posted a new blog. I made it through the 21 days, but am back to eating a sweet now and then. Especially since we were out celebrating our 40th anniversary a few days ago! Now back to business!!! No junk food or sweets the rest of the month! I keep doing the 2 pound cha cha Glad you are getting the pounds off!! I hope by the end of the month I will finally be down to the all time low in 21 years!!! Have a great weekend!!
