My Goals:
To lose my last 8 pounds and be toned, toned, toned!


My Program:
I work out with dvds at home 3 to 4 days a week. I'm currently doing a new program called PiYo. It's a combo of Pilates and Yoga. I need low impact (don't like jumping!) but still crave intensity, so this is perfect. I will return to Les Mills Combat, a MMA type of workout & Focus T25 when I'm done. When the weather permits, I walk a couple miles on our gravel road, do gardening and my "mowing workout", AND, every chance I get, I have hubby take me dancing!!! :)

I eat clean (no white stuff, no artificial sweeteners or trans fats) 95% of the time and prefer to cook, rather than go out to eat.

Personal Information:
I'm happily married to my soulmate, Jim - for 28 years now. We live in the country and have 4 kids between us. 'Our' baby graduated from college 3 years ago in May and married in July so we're empty-nesters and have adjusted really well to it. It's been quite different as we've had children around since the day we met.

- I work full-time for our State Tourism Dept.

Thank you for visiting my blog about PiYo. So far I am enjoying it, and although there are some moves I am struggling to do, I can see the beenfit of them.

I hope that you are enjoying it as well! The soreness will go away, but the benefits will stay!
