My spring cleaning project is me. I am scrubbing away any negative thoughts that will deter my progress. I am shining up all the brash and bold ideas I have that will keep me focused. I am trashing all excuses for not exercising or staying within range. I am cleaning out my closet of things that only remind me of past figures and weight loss failures. And I am polishing up my dream of finally achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle.
