I got the date wrong which was just as well. It is next week.
Last Friday I was getting over an injury when I pulled something in my leg. I don't know what it was but first thoughts were a hamstring. I am glad to say that was incorrect and that whatever it was is better.
I should be ok for next week and I will let you know.
One thing, yesterday I walked the route and knock 13 minutes off of my last time.
