Making being fit and eating healthy into my lifestyle

I've been off and on SP for 5 years trying to lose my pregnancy weight. In Jan. 3012, I decided to join WW because I saw Jennifer Hudson lose weight with it and figured to give it a shot. I'm now 8.6 lbs. away from my WW goal and 15 lbs. away from my SP goal. I love SP's positivity and how encouraging everyone is here.

My Goals:
To get to somewhere between 130 and 140 lbs.

To be able to do the full class in the Xbox 360 Zumba Core high intensity without stopping.



My Program:
Right now, I need to have between 21 -24 activity points (WW) to lose weight. I also eat non-processed foods for the vast majority of my nutrition.

Mine was derailed. I am starting back up on Monday. I wrote a confessional blog to keep me honest with myself, it usually does the trick.

That is crazy, I drink mine black so I don't need to give coffe up for this plan. I have another week, but I am liking the way I feel on this plan minus the no coffee part. Might be a good lifestyle plan. How about you?
