To continue leading a healthly lifestyle by working out on a regular basis, drinking Shakeology daily and making healthy eating choices.
Currently doing Insanity and training for half marathon to be held in June. Also doing X3Yoga, Dynamix and PilatesX from the P90X3 workout program.
I am from Two Harbors, Minnesota. Where the air is cold, but the people are warm hearted. I have been on a weightloss journey for a few years and every step of the way has been quite the journey. I've fallen off the wagon a few times, but continue to pick myself up. Currently, I am at the weight I was in highschool but I am much healthier than I was back then.
