My Goals:
My goal is to lose at least 20 pounds - would be happier with 30. It still wont bring my "BMI" to what they think is right for my height. I am as they say "Vertically Challenged."

My Program:
I love to walk a couple of miles a day. Not great at abs and forget to do weights. Goal is to remember to do a video every day.

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Upstate New York - Memphis NY. Moved to East Mesa Arizona. Lived in Honolulu Hawaii for a short time then moved to Anchorage Alaska in 1985. Talk about extremes.

Other Information:
Love to quilt, machine embroider, read, all the normal things. Have 3 beautiful granddaughters, two daughters and a son. During the summer I help my husband work on a funny car (drag racing.) My oldest granddaughter is 14 and a drag racer. She also bowls - several 200 games.

Hi Sandra! I'm an Alaska Quilter too. I also joined the "sewing and crafting" spark team. We lived in Talkeetna for 12 yrs, but have moved to Nebraska in 2014. We know about the bad fires near our home. Prayers are being said! emoticon

Thanks for stopping by my page. I do see similarities and yes we're crazy. But I think crazy is in. And if crazy will make me heart healthier, smarter, and smaller, then crazy I'll be even if it isn't in.

Best wishes on having a personal best in your next race and in each future race. My annual goal is to participate in 6 races and volunteer at 6 races. Thus far, I've participated in 4 races (5Ks & 10ks) and supported 3. I will do a 1/2 marathon in Oct. I too plan to train/work towards a personal best.

They just wanted it warmer. lol Should have come in May. We still had a great time. They left the day the rain came in big time.
