Hi, I wanted to add you as a friend. I think we some similar stories. I started Weight Watchers also...been at Sparks for awhile. Last year was dissappointing, I ended up gain about 14lbs...not good.

Good luck on your lunch today! Trust me, I have been struggling with little (and definitely little!) sacrifices for a couple years now; I have never regreted not eating something, but there have been many times where I regreted eating something or too much... You will feel so much better for the rest of the work day if you only have a little indulgance!

Hi Cathy
I am sure you will be well on your way to looking great and feeling great by next summer.
I have started walking for an hr. a day, and I told my husband yesterday that I think I am starting to enjoy my walks.
I go by myself, cause I can walk at my speed, and than I can also talk to God and I gain strenght from that.
Wish you best of luck, you can do this!!
