A New Beginning

I had my baby July 2012. I was super fit and was working out until 3 days before I went into labour. After my DS was born I could not find/did not take the time to workout. I'm looking at my post baby body and I'm just not happy. I'm ready to commit to my health so that I can play with my little guy.

My Goals:
Get my groove back

1) Working out consistently (3 or 4 times a week)

2) Eating better by picking healthier foods and smaller portions


My Program:
1) I plan my week with my husband to coordinate days he can bring our son into daycare.
2) Pack my gym bag the night before
3) Attend fitness classes instead of working out on my own - I am more likely to go when I am in a class

Personal Information:
I have been stuck in victim mode. I believed that I could not workout because I was too busy.

I am shutting that idea down and taking ownership of my decisions.

thank you so much for the comment on my blog. i am passionate about this aren't i? i just need to build on what i'm doing great at (spinning that wheel and fitness minutes) and keep going from there. i can probably get 500 monthly minutes!
