Commitment to Streaking

I started 2014 in a rut. Tried to pull myself out a few times, but stayed stuck until November.

I am proud to say that I am finishing 2014 with a BANG!

For 2015 I am planning on just looking at each week. To start the year I need to work out 4 times a week. I would like to log at least 180 Minutes each week. At the end of each week I am going to hit the reset button and go. Every 8 weeks I will increase my expectations of myself.

When I get to the end ...

My Goals:
Get my groove back

1) Working out consistently (3 or 4 times a week) (7 week Streak - Nov/Dec 2014)

2) Eating better by picking healthier foods and smaller portions (1 week - Dec 2014)


My Program:
1) I plan my week with my husband to coordinate days he can bring our son into daycare.
2) Pack my gym bag the night before
3) Attend fitness classes instead of working out on my own - I am more likely to go when I am in a class

Personal Information:
I have been stuck in victim mode. I believed that I could not workout because I was too busy.

I am shutting that idea down and taking ownership of my decisions.

emoticon Thanks so much for stopping by my Third Time Is the Charm blog. There are lots of helpful hints, ideas and techniques to assist with weight loss in Spangle's book. I found so many that I've had to read it several times to get all I need out of it. I hope you find the book helpful as well.
