To get my weight down 2 105-110. 2 get back n2 playing the sports I have always loved
Starting 5/8/08 I plan 2 exercise like I did n April of this yr. 100 situps 4x a day 50 butterfly curls 4x a day 50 leglifts 4x a day stretches so I can do a backbend again
