My Goals:
Get lean and build muscle.

Less crap, more real food.

Stick to my workouts and my running schedule

My Program:
I work out 3x a week doing a HIIT/strength training program. I love it.

I run 3x a week as well, for now. This will increase shortly.

My eating plan revolves around good healthy food-nothing is really off the plate for me, just a good balance of proteins, carbs and fats with occasional treats.
