Spring 5% Challenge Exercise and Diet Commitment--

Strength Train at gym 3 times a week
Cardio Walk 2-3 days a week.

As for the food portion of the commitment, I am going to be working on increasing my proteins and lowering my carbs a bit more. Balance is the key, as I don't want to mess up my diabetes control in the process.

“Hit pause,” and take a little time to decide if it’s really worth the splurge. If you ultimately decide it’s worth it, pay close attention to the texture, aroma, and flavor of that special treat. Savor & enjoy every morsel. It will help you feel satisfied with a smaller portion.
