It's often hardest the first month as you get your routines started. Are you making use of the nutrition tracker? Many new members find this the most difficult thing to master, but it is ever so important to get a handle on learning to make healthy choices. Our monthly challenge is September 2013 Fitness Challenge. you compete with your own fitness pledge. Please feel free to join in anytime. Tomorrow we start our W.I.N. Challenge (water, ignite your body, nutrition). The best part of the weekly challenges is that they require a brief commitment, and the short-term nature keeps us from getting bored.
