Yes you can !!! Getting to 200 lbs will take some time but it could be before the end of te year for sure! I had great results I followed WW for to help me on portions but I used super foods and a nutritional plan that gave me great results so I know it can be done and 7 of my friends have lost over 100 lbs as well. So believe!! IT can happen. If you need some support let me know I'm in your corner!!!
