My Goals:
In the long run I would like to lose around 142 lbs, which would but me at 200 lbs. For my short term/weekly goal I would like to lose about 2-5 lbs a week. Hopefully, by July 1 I will be less than 300 lbs. Also, I would like to be able to run/walk a 5k by May 5th. Also, I have come to enjoy trail riding and my ultimate goal is to ride the Chickasaw Trace 8 mile loop without stopping at every hill.

Goals
Start Weight: 342
1) 10% -308 ()
2) 20% - 274 ()
3) 30% - 240 ()
4) 40% - 205Goal

My Program:
Well, I joined Weight Watchers at the beginning of 2010, but itís been a slow process. Keeping track of points is a little boring, but since I started keeping track of my food on Sparkpeople.com it has been easier to keep track of my points. Also, my wife and I both have started eating healthier and cooking dinners at home. We have a subscription to a magazine called Clean Eating, so we try recipes out of it every week.

On the exercises front, I really have not been doing to much, but I have started working out more then I have in a long time. I have started swimming and riding my bike, so itís been a fun process. Hopefully, I can start doing more cardio during the week.

Hey there. thanks for the add. It sounds like you are off to a great start. Bike riding is great cardio. I've just gotten into it this year and I'm loving it! I actually made 2 rides already over 25 miles this month. Keep tracking all your foods and the exercises will come. Best wishes to you for continued success! I know you'll hit ALL your goals! Yes you can !!! Getting to 200 lbs will take some time but it could be before the end of te year for sure! I had great results I followed WW for to help me on portions but I used super foods and a nutritional plan that gave me great results so I know it can be done and 7 of my friends have lost over 100 lbs as well. So believe!! IT can happen. If you need some support let me know I'm in your corner!!!
