Timing is everything!

I am a 39 year old mother of two. My goal is to get back to being me in every way.. Starting with the weight. I start and stop more often then NOT!! I really need to do this for me and me alone. I need to focus and start within. Baby steps and one day at a time. Wish me LUCK!

The great scale debate, yes I have heard both sides of it a lot. I still weigh at least once a day though. I try not to but I am compelled. LOL I only count the first weigh in of the day though. If there is a significant gain from day to day then I start to panic. Otherwise I try not to freak out over an ounce or two.
