Keep up the hard work :) I was able to quit with the stress of a new born baby and a 3 year old! :) I know every quit is different, but have faith... after a while your body starts to dislike the things. :) I know now, 3 months later if my husband smokes I make him brush his teeth before I can kiss him... it's hard on him, but it has also lowered how much he smokes :) you can do it! 2008 days ago
Thank you to all of you! @Lasarre..I am heading to the library tomorrow to pick up the Allen Carr book..I just checked online and they have it on the shelf. I spend a great deal of time worrying about my health, I need to quit worrying I guess and do something. Thanks to Mocachoc and skinnypowell1 for taking the time to encourage me....I am going to try to take at least 1 foot forward each day. 2010 days ago
Thanks for your comment on my blog. Have you read Allen Carr's "The Easy Way to Quit Smoking"? That's how I did it. I tried smoking aides to quit for years it didn't work. As soon as finished the book, I quit smoking. You can do it! My thought with stress was always this question..."Is this cigarette going to make the stress go away or just add to it because of the cost to my wallet and my health?" 2010 days ago
