My Program:
I am recording everything I eat/drink each day & counting calories. I am doing cardio 5X per week, dancing 1+ days a week and strength training 2 day a week.

I am also giving myself $1 each time my CICO is less than or equal to 1350.

Then I use the $$ for treats or rewards...yarn, clothes, manicure, new makeup, etc.

The fitbit doesn't measure the mile for me. But since I have their newer tracker, where distance is based on movement of the tracker (and not by me measuring my step length, it do0es report fairly well the distance I have gone.So I looked at my total distance at the start, and ended when I had walked a mile further.... HOWEVER I had to keep looking at it! Yesterday and today I used the endomundo app, which works on GPS.
