My Program:
I am recording everything I eat/drink each day & counting calories. I am doing cardio 5X per week, dancing 1+ days a week and strength training 2 day a week.

I am also giving myself $1 each time my CICO is less than or equal to 1350.

Then I use the $$ for treats or rewards...yarn, clothes, manicure, new makeup, etc.

my Spark name is WendyAnne61 and we are both in the Parents Day Challenge. When I was logging in my weight for this week on the link, I clicked the box with your name instead of mine and entered my weight. Then I checked the spread sheet and realised I had made a mistake - I do apologise - I re-entered my weight under the right name, so could you also re-enter your weight/name too so that the challenge isĀ“nt messed up for you as I use kilos and you use pounds.....
