Thanks for the goodies, I always enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Sorry about losing your dad, that sucks. My parents are still around but I know when that day comes I will be devastated. I actually have to go to a funeral tomorrow for a friend of mine. Known him for about 34 years, he got sick and ended up with pneumonia. When he went to the hospital his lungs were all messed up and he wasn't getting enough oxygen. His organs shut down and after a couple of months he passed. Truly sad, only 47 years old. So tomorrow we say goodby him for the last time.
I have done 38 sessions of therapy and I don't think the insurance company is going to order any more. My shoulder doesn't hurt except for when I stretch it and do light strength training, which I do everyday in an attempt to get things back to where they should be. My range of motion is only about 60% of where it was before the injury. Part of the problem is that it took 7 months before I finally got to see an orthopedist and have surgery. The damage was bad enough that they had to fully reattach the main rotator cuff tendon onto the head of the humerus bone, requiring sutures into the bone and at least one screw. Sunday will mark one year since my injury and it could be another year or more before the shoulder makes a full recovery. Or at least as close to a full recovery as it will get. 2 days ago
