My Program:
Eating breakfast.
Eating healthy.
No sodas!
Drinking plenty of water.
Exercising for at least an hour a day.
Not getting upset when I have an off day.
Personal Information:
I'm from the good ole state of Alabama, where the weather can be 80 degrees one day and 40 the next. I'm not kidding either. lol. I love it here though. There is no place like the south!
Other Information:
I love music! Country mainly, but I'll listen to almost anything.
I love me some Channing Tatum, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, and many many more.
I love my husband the most though!
