Hello! Patty here. Mother of two wonderful little girls. Wife to a gorgeous hottie named Gary. Pet mommy to three dogs, and a canary with a lovely voice. Love photography, reading, crafting, anything glittery or blingy, warm summer nights with a nice breeze, going places I've never been before. I'm a total optimist with a worry problem, is that possible? Just trying to be a good example for my girls. Would love to make friends on SparkPeople. Basically, I am exercising everyday, and I am starting to track what I eat. I'm going to weight myself once every two weeks and keep track of how many inches I have lost as well.1
I have 2 beautiful daughters, Angel and Bella! They are so talented and wonderful I feel extremely blessed.
I have a great loving husband who loves me just the way I am!!
I also have 3 dogs, a pet bunny, a canary, and 5 fish tanks full of fish!!
My hobbies are photography, jewelry making, and drawing. I also love to read, so if you know of any good books let me know.

Yes, I finally made 150 lbs lost! I was SO happy about it! It feels great to know that I have less than 100 lbs left to lose! :)

Don't worry about taking walking breaks, I think we all need walking breaks when we are first starting. Also make sure your hydrated, this heat is brutal for running. Try running for time and not distance.

The CHIP program promotes plant-strong life and moving away fom animal products into an "optimal diet." Some in the program did not commit fully and recieved fair results, while I myself went gung ho and full vegan and recieved great redsults. Its a spectrum. Once I saw the lectures and the science, and then had the culinary support to mke the change realistic, it was a no brainer for me. I knew what I wanted an I went for it. Thanks ofr the comment and support :)
