Hey guys,

After doing a lot of research A while back ago I thought I would go vegan for all the health benefits. Having a long family history of heart issues that include my dad having 3 heart attacks so far, cancer, diabetes, IBS, and being over wight at a 190 lbs I'm smallest adult in my family. So after watching Forks Over Knifes I thought there was some hope that I may not die young from some off the wall illness that I cloud stop. Well after doing research into the vegan life style I have a lot more reasons then just health to live this life style. I'm not going in to the augment about if eating meat is right or not here as this is not the place for such thing. If you would like to know more you can see videos on YouTube or Google PETA, but for myself I do think I will ever look at a egg, a chicken nugget or a hamburger the same way.

My diet that I'm gong to use to lose my weight and get into the vegan life style is a bit ex-steam, but with my very poor life style and eating habits I feel it to be necessary. I will be starting a 10 days master cleanse tomorrow, to prepare my body for the changes I'm going to making along with getting the withdraws and other items that cloud affect my transition out of the way. From there I will be going on a 10 ( maybe longer depending on how I'm feeling) juice fast. A lot like the one in Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. To get My body use to a plant based diet along with pumping it full of all the vitamins I have not been eating over the past years. After the juice fast I will go into a full plant based diet, that will be my permanent diet from now on.

I will document everything here on this blog, and I may start another blog somewhere for a more detailed account if you would like to fallow me on my journey.
