My goals to start out are: 1) Creating a weekly meal plan 2) Drink more water 3) Keep track of my Nutrition 4) Try to do some form of exercise at least 3 days a week and last but not least 5) Lower my cholesterol

I have 3 younger brothers and no sisters. I tell people that I'm the oldest and only.
DH has a brother and two sisters.
DH also has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I love them all.
Family is number one for me. Mom and I watch the Wheel together each night on the phone and talk about our day. I love reading and going to the library. Making new friends and staying in touch with old ones.

I am starting a protein plan for a week - a friend got it for me - it is what she had to do before she had gastric surgery - I am sure it is expensive so I am thankful she did this .. so wish me luck too - my whole body went out of wack.. this is supposed to get all back on track
