My goals to start out are: 1) Creating a weekly meal plan 2) Drink more water 3) Keep track of my Nutrition 4) Try to do some form of exercise at least 3 days a week and last but not least 5) Lower my cholesterol

I have 3 younger brothers and no sisters. I tell people that I'm the oldest and only.
DH has a brother and two sisters.
DH also has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I love them all.
Family is number one for me. Mom and I watch the Wheel together each night on the phone and talk about our day. I love reading and going to the library. Making new friends and staying in touch with old ones.
Thank you Where2begin for my recent spark goodies! Im staying busy too with work and family. I have a new grandson now Brooks Ryan born August 7. Im real happy about that and love holding and playing with him. Im still working at this weight loss ðŸ
