My goals to start out are: 1) Creating a weekly meal plan 2) Drink more water 3) Keep track of my Nutrition 4) Try to do some form of exercise at least 3 days a week and last but not least 5) Lower my cholesterol

I have 3 younger brothers and no sisters. I tell people that I'm the oldest and only.
DH has a brother and two sisters.
DH also has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I love them all.
Family is number one for me. Mom and I watch the Wheel together each night and talk about our day. I love reading and going to the library. Making new friends and staying in touch with old ones.
Thanks hon, I'm doing quite alright. I am considering going and having myself checked out if it doesn't ease up within the week now. I know a fall like that takes time to heal and get over so I'll give it that (2 weeks) and if it's staying the same I'll have myself checked out for internal bruising etc. Right now the Aleve and Advil are keeping me from feeling any soreness or discomfort so that I can get through my work day.
Happy new year and feel better soon! I am a little down. Husband in Oklahoma for school and I am studying for teacher certificate. Working has a teacher. My food choices have been poor. Pizza, cokes and ice cream. Try to drink water, fruits and vegetable. Hard. Hope your day is happy. Take care, friend.
