My goals to start out are: 1) Creating a weekly meal plan 2) Drink more water 3) Keep track of my Nutrition 4) Try to do some form of exercise at least 3 days a week and last but not least 5) Lower my cholesterol

I have 3 younger brothers and no sisters. I tell people that I'm the oldest and only.
DH has a brother and two sisters.
DH also has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I love them all.
Family is number one for me. Mom and I watch the Wheel together each night and talk about our day. I love reading and going to the library. Making new friends and staying in touch with old ones.

Had a very rough weekend with severe migraine. Took 72 hours to shake it Slept 12 hours last night with an ice pack at the base of my neck. Back on top of things today. Begged off work an hour early because I was meeting with an issuance rep. Changing companies so that we have everything with one company. Life insurance Disability vision dental meds. Walt has the basic through work but his dental doesn't cover dentures and bridges. The same with the insurance pkg through my work place so it isn't enough.
