Battle of the Buldge
How did we already get to 2011? Man, what a year. Still doing the glueten/dairy free thing. Now the meal I look forward to is glueten free waffles with raspberries and blueberries. It's a hard life. But someone's got to do it! Update: Holy Cow it's 2010! Fast forward a few years. While I haven't gone down to a size eight, I've done a lot of "cleaning" inside. I've also started getting glueten/dairy out of my diet. Already seeing results. Dropped down to a size 9. Yeah! ...

But someone's got to do it! Update: Holy Cow it's 2010! Fast forward a few years. While I haven't gone down to a size eight, I've done a lot of "cleaning" inside. I've also started getting glueten/dairy out of my diet. Already seeing results. Dropped down to a size 9. Yeah! In the Past: I'm a recent college graduate who gained the fresham 15 plus. A lot of the weight gain was due to severe depression and the accompanying emotional eating. I went through a period in my life that was very inactive ( a lot of TV watching) and was filled with high calorie sweets like ice cream. I've gone through about three anti-depressants and have finally found the right one. Yeah for Zoloft! So the anxiety is no longer constant and the depression doesn't interfere with my life. Current Reading List: The Wayfarer Redemption by Sara Douglas Wonderfully epic story. Self Matters by Dr. Phil Surprisingly helpfull. The book helps the reader find and stay true to their "authentic self." Earth Abides Interesting book about the decline and subsequent rebuilding of civilization. The book is set in the U.S. after most of the population has been wiped out by a disease.

I am carrying a water bottle with me during the day. On the days I don't have a exercise class or gym time scheduled I go to youtube and do my favorite exercise video and some dancing.
