I'm a twenty-nine year old who has always had ups and downs with my weight since a little girl. I want to change this once and for all by losing the weight and keeping it off. I realize this requires a lifestyle change. Although weight doesn't define me and is just a number, it can greatly determine the quality of life and to what extent I live it. I can be very determined and stubborn (in a good way) and now is the time to apply this to my health. Last year I lost almost 30lbs by using Spark. Unfortunately, I took a break due to the Arizona summer heat and an intense masters class schedule last summer. Then, I got pregnant and was told to not work out at all due to a complication. My son, Landon, was born premature at 27 weeks. He is now doing well at home. My goal is to become healtheir so I can be a better mom and wife.

Short Term Goal: 247

If my goals need to be adjusted along the way, so be it. It never hurts to aim high. Weight loss is only one part of the equation.


My Program:
* Drink at least 8oz of water daily (check!)

* Eliminating Diet Soda (check!)

* Walk at least 2 miles each day (check!)

* Restart C25K and complete it

* Consume 300-500 calories per meal (check!)

* Watch and intake enough protein (check!)

* Pack lunches

* Watch and measure portions (check!)

* Track nutrition and fitness daily (check!)

I am a person who has been organized and in control with every aspect of my life for a long time.

My health used to be exception, but now it is the rule.
