July 16, 2015 "You are never a failure if you never give up." Current weight: 174 pounds Short-term goal: 165 pounds by August. Longer-term goal: 140 pounds by October 15, 2015. 21 Day Fix, T25. I have maintained my weight for a couple months, which is better than continuing to gain as I had been doing. I am going to eat more nutritious food! No more binge eating!
