Short-term goal: 145 pounds by 5/14/2014
Longer-term goal: 135 pounds by 6/6/2014 (my 27th birthday)
I have 8-9 weeks to reach my goal for my birthday.

Ultimate Goal: 130-135 lb. and be fit for an active life with my husband and baby daughter.

My Goals:
- To get back down to 125-130 lb.
- To eat plenty of fruits and incorporate more vegetables into my diet.
- To exercise...even a little bit!



My Program:
Focus T25 with Sean T: 25 minutes Monday - Thursday and 50 minutes on Friday.

Incorporate the recipes into my meals to maximize my results! Eating cleaner, less-processed foods!

Staying within my calorie range every day!

Drinking more water, at least the minimum of 8 glasses per day!

My name is Whitney. I am 26 years old, and had my first baby on August 25, 2013.

Starting T25 over again on Monday 3/31/2014, but have done it off and on for about a month and a half.

I thought the idea about the snack food was interesting. I find any time I can get my mind to stop and think about my food choices, even for a few seconds, I can make better choice, so it gives me something to think about. I started experimenting with eliminating certain foods from my diet winter b4 last. First wheat and dairy, one thing led to another and by Spring last year i took a break from alcohol. I've learned thru these experiences, I Can benefit from suspending "luxury foods and drinks" for a time, at least. Spring is BUSY around here too so it made sense to give it a go again this year.
