My Goals:
My new goal is to stick to healthier eating and stay within ranges daily. I am ALCOHOL FREE until my anniversary, which is August 15, 2014. I started Monday, July 15.

I plan to start WHOLE30 Thursday, July 17, which will put me through August 14, 2014. This is my month to make changes, as August 15 and on is A BIG month for us! New house possibly, baby's first birthday, 3-year anniversary.

Home elliptical trainer.

NO ALCOHOL July 15-August 14

WHOLE30 Starts Thursday, July 17, 2014!

Staying within my calorie range every day!

Drinking more water, at least the minimum of 8 glasses per day!
