I thought the idea about the snack food was interesting. I find any time I can get my mind to stop and think about my food choices, even for a few seconds, I can make better choice, so it gives me something to think about. I started experimenting with eliminating certain foods from my diet winter b4 last. First wheat and dairy, one thing led to another and by Spring last year i took a break from alcohol. I've learned thru these experiences, I Can benefit from suspending "luxury foods and drinks" for a time, at least. Spring is BUSY around here too so it made sense to give it a go again this year.
