Goal weight: 130 by June 6 Treadmill, elliptical, or walking outside. Maybe some T25 after I get into a little better cardiovascular shape. Hello there friend! Whew - I've been struggling again! I just feel like I want to eat whatever I want because I can! The fact of the matter is, I cannot do that. My body likes the grease and the fat too much. BUT, the good news is that I'm trying again, with each and every day to choose smaller portions and eat better. I start an 8 week workout program next week at the gym. Wish me luck! :)
