Hey girl!!! How's your weekend?? I hope you were able to stay on track again this weekend with your Nutrisystem! I have been doing pretty well too. I've been consistently been getting 5 days of exercise (strength training a lot more), and I've been doing well sticking to my nutrition plan too. I have been cheating only once a week and even though the cheat is a little bit bigger than I would like for it to be, it could be worse. I could be doing it more than just once a week.

Are you feeling like the "lazy days of summer" have arrived??? This week, let's SPARK our fitness! If it is too hot outside to exercise, get moving with an exercise DVD or how about the emoticon treadmill emoticon or stationary bike emoticon Have you thought of going to the gym for some healthy sweat time with zumba or kickboxing? emoticon Or perhaps, cool off with swim in the pool emoticon Always stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water!!! emoticon Let's make this week a HEALTHY one and enjoy those summer days getting fit!
