My Goals:
To get healthy, lower my blood pressure and to stop being embarrassed about how I look Also, to actually start and stick with the working out and eating healthy. I did this once before and ended up gaining back all I had lost plus some after moving.
My Program:
Eat balanced meals, keeping my carbs, fat and salt intake under control. Stop eating fast food as often. Make sure I eat some fruit & veggies every day, though my daily goal is 4-6 servings total. Drink 8+ glasses of water a day. Get some form of exercise every day, and at least 4 days a week do 30 + minutes of cardio (moderate to high intensity). Weight/resistance training 2 or more days a week.
