Hello all you lovelies! I'm Amy, I'm a 24 year old momma living in wonderful Cali, and it's time to change my mind and change my life.

I've been at this for 4 years now, and thanks to slip ups and quitting and giving up and unrealistic goals, I still haven't reached my goal! I work 5pm to 5am. I treat my day like a normal day. I get off work at 5am and I am in bed by 6am. I wake up at 2:30. I am not a huge breakfast person, so I end up waiting til about 4-5 pm... lunch is around 8 or 9 and my dinner is it 1am. I know it sounds wonky, but you have to find what works for you. Try to make it as "normal" as you can. Although I will say that even on my days off I keep the same schedule so it makes it easy for me to keep it up. I don't have to flip flop back and forth.
