Hello all you lovelies! I'm Amy, I'm a 24 year old single momma from Arizona, and it's time to change my mind and change my life.

You are the sweetest and I completely understand what you mean!! My one big inspiration on here was always Tracy (she has lost half her weight, I'm sure you know her, everyone knows her LOL) because she was talking about gaining weight back and how many years it took her to do this. She was so real that she wasn't perfect all the time. When I was on Spark and saw people who lost 100 pounds, I was motivated to see their success, but I often felt like they must never have a bad day because they only talk about the good. In 2009 when I was on spark (and 2010 and 2011 LOL) I would disappear when I would start to screw up and gain weight back. I think it is a natural response to run and hide when things aren't going well, but not doing that this time and staying here through the good, the bad, and the ugly, and boy has there been a lot of ugly. I was honestly surprised how well people react to know that I mess up A LOT. LOL. I will say that staying here even when I'm screwing up prevents my 10 pound gains from becomming 40. I am struggling still this week but still here and still fighting. I know you are feleing like the 4 bad days trumps the good 10 days but it doesn't. You had 10 great days and you will have 10 great days again. I know you will, and I hope you have a blast in Vegas!! :D
