Shake it off!

Hello all you lovelies! I'm Amy, and I'm a 25 year old momma living in wonderful Cali. Back in 2013, I managed to do the previously unthinkable, I lost 60 pounds. Unfortunately, I did what a lot of people do... I rebounded. Now here I sit, at the start of 2015, once again at my highest weight. I'm not sure how to kick myself back into gear, all I know is it needs to happen before I get any bigger!

I work 5pm to 5am. I treat my day like a normal day. I get off work at 5am and I am in bed by 6am. I wake up at 2:30. I am not a huge breakfast person, so I end up waiting til about 4-5 pm... lunch is around 8 or 9 and my dinner is it 1am. I know it sounds wonky, but you have to find what works for you. Try to make it as "normal" as you can. Although I will say that even on my days off I keep the same schedule so it makes it easy for me to keep it up. I don't have to flip flop back and forth.
