Let's see I'm a married 23 yr old female who was obese until a couple years ago. At 17 years old I weighed almost 300 lbs but since then by a lot of trial and error and a lot of work too I am down to 184 lbs. My problem now is that I want to get to at least 140 lbs but every time that I'm losing weight and making progress I end up right back at square 1 and the cycle begins again. In the past year for e.g I've lost and regained the same 20 lbs. I really want to put an end to this cycle because ...

Most importantly I have realized that the root of my problems is sinful eating and so I need to stop it to bring glory to God because bringing God glory is the only reason to live.

Hi, Chal. Fresh starts are soooooo much better than "no starts."

Thanks for stopping by my blog.....I can enjoy the story now that my "birding" is over. I used it for an excuse to chomp down on half a donut that DH shared with me.....I guess you could say we broke bread together.

DH's fallen asleep on the couch for the evening....LOL, maybe I'll just leave him there. emoticon

The most sacred place dwells within our heart, where dreams are born and secrets sleep, a mystical refuge of darkness and light, fear and conquest, adventure and discovery, challenge and transformation. Our heart speaks for our soul every moment while we are alive.
Listen... as the whispering beat repeats: be...gin, be...gin, be...gin.
It's really that simple. Just begin... again."
-Royce Addington

Just stopping by to wish you a great day, Spark friend, and to encourage you to give yourself a new beginning every day. You can do it and you are worth it!
Hugs,
