Let's see I'm a married 23 yr old female who was obese until a couple years ago. At 17 years old I weighed almost 300 lbs but since then by a lot of trial and error and a lot of work too I am down to 184 lbs. My problem now is that I want to get to at least 140 lbs but every time that I'm losing weight and making progress I end up right back at square 1 and the cycle begins again. In the past year for e.g I've lost and regained the same 20 lbs. I really want to put an end to this cycle because ...

In the past year for e.g I've lost and regained the same 20 lbs. I really want to put an end to this cycle because not only do I want to look good for my husband but I also want to feel good for me. Most importantly I have realized that the root of my problems is sinful eating and so I need to stop it to bring glory to God because bringing God glory is the only reason to live.

You are the mighty streaker! Keep up the nice work!

And thanks for your kind words for BIL.....we are so glad he is doing so well and has returned home. I'm lacing up for some fitness, and then it's client work the rest of the day.

Now then....let's keep on the move and make smart choices with our food this weekend. emoticon

“The whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation.
Just do it. Exercise, lose weight, test your blood sugar, or
whatever. Do it without motivation. And then, guess what?
After you start doing the thing, that's when the motivation
comes and makes it easy for you to keep on doing it.”
