Let's see I'm a recently married 22 yr old female (July 3rd, 2013) who was obese until a couple years ago. My problem now is that I want to get to at least 140 lbs but every time that I'm losing weight and making progress I end up right back at square 1 and the cycle begins again. In the past year for e.g I've lost and regained the same 20 lbs. I really want to put an end to this cycle because not only do I want to look good for my husband but I also want to feel good for me. Most importantly I have realized that the root of my problems is sinful eating and so I need to stop it to bring glory to God because bringing God glory is the only reason to live.
