Let's see I'm a married 23 yr old female who was obese until a couple years ago. At 17 years old I weighed almost 300 lbs but since then by a lot of trial and error and a lot of work too I am down to 184 lbs. My problem now is that I want to get to at least 140 lbs but every time that I'm losing weight and making progress I end up right back at square 1 and the cycle begins again. Most importantly I have realized that the root of my problems is sinful eating and so I need to stop it to bring glory to God because bringing God glory is the only reason to live.
