Let's see I'm a married 25 yr old female who was obese until a couple years ago. At 17 years old I weighed almost 300 lbs but since then by a lot of trial and error and a lot of work too I got down to 184 lbs in 2013. My problem now is that I want to get to at least 140 lbs but every time that I'm losing weight and making progress I end up right back at square 1 and the cycle begins again. In the past 3 years for e.g I've lost and regained the same 20 lbs. I really want to put an end to this cycle because not only do I want to look good for my husband but I also want to feel good for me. Most importantly I have realized that the root of my problems is sinful eating and so I need to stop it to bring glory to God because bringing God glory is the only reason to live.

1. To weigh:

Goal a. 165 lbs by July 9th 2016!!

Goal b. 160 lbs by July 30th, 2016!!!

Goal c. 155 lbs by August 27th, 2016!!

Goal d. 150 lbs by October 1st, 2016!!

Goal e. 145 lbs by November 26th 2016!!!

FINAL GOAL. 140 pounds by December 31st 2016!!

2. To make more nutritious meal choices every day.

3. To complete an entire Insanity workout without taking more rests than allotted in the video by December 9, 2013. GOAL MET.

4. To maintain a healthy lifestyle after reaching goal 1.

Summer 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment - Do my PiYo and Insanity: Max 30 workouts as per the calendar.

Summer 5% Challenge Diet Commitment - Eat within my Spark calorie range and meet all my major nutrient goals


My Program:
- PiYo and Insanity: Max 30 workouts 6 days a week.

-Tracking all my food on SparkPeople and staying within my SparkPeople recommended calorie range per day.

-Keeping in contact with my SparkFriends for support and motivation and also to be support and motivation to them.
