Let's see I'm a recently married 22 yr old female (July 3rd, 2013) who was obese until a couple years ago. At 17 years old I weighed almost 300 lbs but since then by a lot of trial and error and a lot of work too I am down to 184 lbs. In the past year for e.g I've lost and regained the same 20 lbs. I really want to put an end to this cycle because not only do I want to look good for my husband but I also want to feel good for me. Most importantly I have realized that the root of my problems is sinful eating and so I need to stop it to bring glory to God because bringing God glory is the only reason to live.

3. To complete an entire Insanity workout without taking more rests than allotted in the video by December 9, 2013. CHECK.
