I'm a sarcastic stay-at-home mother of two beautiful kids ages 2 and 5 years. I enjoy laughing, cooking, and that ever elusive time by myself.

I really do enjoy working out. Swimming, walking, and bicycling are all favorite activities.

I am on the road to losing 100 lbs, but at this point I'm only focused on making my weight loss goal of 1.5 lbs per week.

I've pretty much been an athletic fatty my whole life. I eat the wrong foods and I know it. I am doing a better job at changing my eating habits for the better.

So all I really have to do is live for today and take each one as it comes. If I do each day well I can succeed.
