My Goals:
I just want to be comfortable in my own skin. To be able to walk around in the stores. To be able to take care of myself without help. I want to LIVE


My Program:
I am eating low carb. I know this is sometimes a controversial meal plan, but I am a diabetic and carbs make my blood sugar go extremely high, so I must limit my carbs to under 50 per day. I do this with my doctors approval and help. If you are thinking about following my food plan - please talk with your doctor first.

Thanks for the blog comment. I try to never miss out when he's paying!! All things considered, I do think I did fairly well. Of course I could have done better, I could always do better. But now I have another week to try and get it right. Also, thanks for the "happy birthday". :)
