Ok, My story = Well, some of you have been with me for a long time but some of you are new friends. Many of you may not realize my past "glories" (lol) a couple of years ago I lost 98 pounds in one year by exercising and low carb. I was so happy and boy my doctor was happy with me too! Then my Daddy died and my world fell apart. I regained all I had lost and then some. I have restarted my journey as of February 2016. At this point...well I am nearly bed bound, I can barely walk and I must lose weight. my weight at restart is 435 pounds give or take a pound. I really want to do this so that my hubby does not have to be my caretaker anymore.

    Howdee, been a long time since we chatted. I am on a new "plan" (hate the word diet) and it is called The Carbohydrate Addict's Diet. Have you heard of it? It is really awesome and I thought of you. No journaling, no points to count, and nothing is off limits. Someone on my team recommended it, and I went on Amazon.com and checked it out. If you stick with the plan you can lose 2 lbs a week, granted it is not great, but I don't feel like I am on a diet. I have been on it for 2/12 weeks and lost 7 lbs without even trying.
