I am eating low carb. I know this is sometimes a controversial meal plan, but I am a diabetic and carbs make my blood sugar go extremely high, so I must limit my carbs to under 50 per day. I do this with my doctors approval and help. If you are thinking about following my food plan - please talk with your doctor first.
