My Goals:
I just want to be comfortable in my own skin. To be able to walk around in the stores. To be able to take care of myself without help. I want to LIVE


My Program:
I am eating low carb. I know this is sometimes a controversial meal plan, but I am a diabetic and carbs make my blood sugar go extremely high, so I must limit my carbs to under 50 per day. I do this with my doctors approval and help. If you are thinking about following my food plan - please talk with your doctor first.

I have thought many times of your blog, especially the title; SLOW PROGRESS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN NO PROGRESS!

It's a great reminder for me, because I am very slow to make changes. That is okay with me because I believe that making them slowly will help me make them permanently. I believe it is best to lose weight in the same way we intend to keep it off. That doesn't work with fast weight loss.
