Fall 2014

Ok - time to fill out this section again. My aim for fall is to get below 375 - I believe I can do it...maybe even more...who knows - but I know you must have a short term goal to shoot for so that is my goal for this fall

My Goals:
I just want to be comfortable in my own skin. To be able to walk around in the stores. To be able to take care of myself without help. I want to LIVE

My Program:
I am eating low carb. I know this is sometimes a controversial meal plan, but I am a diabetic and carbs make my blood sugar go extremely high, so I must limit my carbs to under 50 per day. I do this with my doctors approval and help. If you are thinking about following my food plan - please talk with your doctor first.

Personal Information:
My real name is Kathy and I live in southern West Virginia.
My husband and I are child free.
I am a 1970 model - just like my husbands favorite car - his Chevelle!

Other Information:
I have had a personal weight loss site for many years- you might like it - it is

Why not focus on what you’re doing right instead? If you take a step back, learn from it and take two steps forward...

Persistence is key. Accept the fact that you might not make it ~on the first try. In a recent study, only 40% of people who successfully followed New Year's resolutions did it on the first try; 17% of resolution achievers took six or more tries before they got it right – but they did get it right...
