My Goals:
I just want to be comfortable in my own skin. To be able to walk around in the stores. To be able to take care of myself without help. I want to LIVE


My Program:
I am eating low carb. I know this is sometimes a controversial meal plan, but I am a diabetic and carbs make my blood sugar go extremely high, so I must limit my carbs to under 50 per day. I do this with my doctors approval and help. If you are thinking about following my food plan - please talk with your doctor first.

Thanks for the blog comment. Dad did have a nice birthday, thank you :) Not looking forward to going back to work, I seem to enjoy not working more! Of course, it's hard to pay the bills when I'm not working.

Don't worry about your plateau, it was bound to happen and you've been doing great, so keep doing what you've been doing!

Thanks for the blog comment. I try to never miss out when he's paying!! All things considered, I do think I did fairly well. Of course I could have done better, I could always do better. But now I have another week to try and get it right. Also, thanks for the "happy birthday". :)
