My Goals:
I just want to be comfortable in my own skin. To be able to walk around in the stores. To be able to take care of myself without help. I want to LIVE


My Program:
I am eating low carb. I know this is sometimes a controversial meal plan, but I am a diabetic and carbs make my blood sugar go extremely high, so I must limit my carbs to under 50 per day. I do this with my doctors approval and help. If you are thinking about following my food plan - please talk with your doctor first.

It will always be at the store... and if it's not at the store next time... or it's not at the restaurant your craving.. it won't be a Total Lost... Everything will be Fine...

#5. Prepacking Meals Ahead of Time... Cook Chicken Breasts ahead of time... for easy access later on during the week... or sort out healthy snacks to remind you of your smaller portions....
