MY GOAL IS TO LOSE AS MUCH WEIGHT AS I CAN!WHEN I STARTED OUT A FEW YEARS AGO I WAS WELL OVER 430 POUNDS!!!I HAVE NOW JUST GOT INTO THE 200 plus range.
IT HAS BEEN A LONG ROAD!ON THIS JOURNEY I HAVE USED THE WEIGHT WATCHERS PLAN,I DRINK A GALLON OF WATER A DAY,I TRY TO EAT 2 FRUITS AND2 VEGTABLES.I ALSO TRY TO WALK 30 minutes a day.
