2013 January Keep It Up Challenges This challenge runs from January 6 through February 2nd. Everyday you perform the challenge for that day (changes weekly) you get 1 point. Everyday you post you get 1 point. Most points at month end is the winner of the challenge.
January 6 – 12 challenge is 20 minutes exercise everyday January 13 – 19 challenge is track all food eaten January 20 – 26 challenge is 5 fruits and veggies everyday January 26 – February 2 – 30 minutes of exercise everyday
2013 Spring Weight Competition This competition is pretty simple. Start your year Lose 2 Win in 2013 weight loss challenge that encourages healthy eating, activity and camaraderie. This is a team-based (or individual) competition to see who can collectively lose the most weight. Teams must consist of either one or more people. The winner will be the team who has the highest average weight loss.
Competition runs from Sunday January 6th – March 20th (First day of Spring!)
