If there is a WILL there is a WAY

In July 2012 I weighed 159.2. I got back on the wagon to lose weight and in 10 weeks I lost 15.6 pounds. Over the last 4 months my weight has remained around 143. I really just want to get focused and finished this journey! Forthwith I am seeking friends for support and advice and looking forward to giving sparkspeople another go around in my weight loss story!

1st week back at Sparks: -3.4 pounds
2nd week back at Sparks: -3.0 pounds
3rd week back at Sparks: -0.8 ...

2nd week back at Sparks: -3.0 pounds
3rd week back at Sparks: -0.8 pounds
4th week back at Sparks: -1.4 pounds
5th week back at Sparks:-1.2 pounds
6th week back at Sparks: I lost zero pounds. It impacted me pretty hard along with life and school stress that I gained 4 pounds. Just by not eating healthy!
7th week back at Sparks: -.4 Pounds which I will take gratefully! B/c I lost the 4 pounds plus the .04!

My Goals:

First 15 Pounds = a Healthy Weight

Second 15 Pounds = a Bikini Body

My Program:
Elliptical 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a minimum

Lifting 3 times a week

Personal Information:
I am from Nebraska and currently studying to be an Occupational Therapist.

Other Information:
I love real camping! As in a tent on the ground and sleeping bags with 5 mile hike into a campsite! My other loves are my puppies, wildlife, nature, and exploring! I am ready to get into shape to be able to really explore the Canadian Rockies in 2014! Which is an upcoming dream vacation!

2013 January Keep It Up Challenges
This challenge runs from January 6 through February 2nd. Everyday you perform the challenge for that day (changes weekly) you get 1 point. Everyday you post you get 1 point. Most points at month end is the winner of the challenge.

January 6 12 challenge is 20 minutes exercise everyday
January 13 19 challenge is track all food eaten
January 20 26 challenge is 5 fruits and veggies everyday
January 26 February 2 30 minutes of exercise everyday

2013 Spring Weight Competition
This competition is pretty simple.
Start your year Lose 2 Win in 2013 weight loss challenge that encourages healthy eating, activity and camaraderie. This is a team-based (or individual) competition to see who can collectively lose the most weight. Teams must consist of either one or more people. The winner will be the team who has the highest average weight loss.

Competition runs from Sunday January 6th March 20th (First day of Spring!)
