You might wonder...why a 10? This means a couple different things to me. A size 10 is the size I was before I had kids. Sure...I have worn smaller sizes than that but, a 10 would be reasonable to MAINTAIN. At a size 10 I would have a healthy weight and BMI. And I ...

You might wonder...why a 10? This means a couple different things to me. A size 10 is the size I was before I had kids. Sure...I have worn smaller sizes than that but, a 10 would be reasonable to MAINTAIN. At a size 10 I would have a healthy weight and BMI. And I could definitely rock a size 10. It will be a huge accomplishment for me to reach that goal! Willbea10 also means a "10", as in looking awesome. Who knows, with healthy eating and exercise, I may get to be smaller than a size 10!

Finally responding to your recipe inquiry on my 'Crock-pot' status...

Here's what I am loving lately. Sorry if your not a fan of pork (???):

(I use 2 small boneless pork shoulder roasts instead of the one huge bone-in. Also, the recipe for the Avocado Tomatillo Sauce she mentions is SO GOOD, too...and easy!)

I was looking for my other favorite...a Chicken Posole-type recipe ...will send, too, when I find it.

Good job on getting what you needed. I am quite stubborn myself at times and beforeI see my doc I wait for days too. You know what the funny part of this is, is that his office is the next door down in my apartment building, so I have noooo excuses.
Well hope you and your family enoyed a joyous Easter and that you will be able to reach your goals this year, especially the one "Burn black, size 14, skirt"! You can do it!!!
